Ruling

WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered ordering the defendants, jointly and severally, to pay plaintiffs the following: Eight Hundred Sixty-three Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Six Pesos (P863,796.00), by way of actual or compensatory damages; Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00), by way of moral damages; Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00), by way of exemplary damages; The amount equivalent to twenty-five (25%) percent of the total amount recoverable herein by plaintiffs, by way of attorneys fees; and Costs of suit. SO ORDERED.
