WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants, ordering the latter to pay solidarity and severally plaintiff the following: (1) Moral damages in the amount of P500,000.00; (2) Costs of burial and funeral in the amount of P45,000.00; (3) Attorney's fees of P50,000.00; and (4) Cost of this suit.
