TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered, ordering defendants Gerosano and Estacion, to pay plaintiff, jointly or solidarily, the following: P129,584.20 for actual damages in the form of medical and hospitalization expenses; P50,000.00 for moral damages, consisting of mental anguish, moral shock, serious anxiety and wounded feelings; P10,000.00 for attorney's fees; and P5,000.
