WHEREFORE, for her neglect of duty, respondent BELLA R. CHING is hereby SUSPENDED from office, without pay, for a period of ONE MONTH, effective upon her receipt of a copy of this decision. Her withheld salaries and other accrued and earned fringe may now be RELEASED. The Court further resolved to REQUIRE Atty.

Bandong, Clerk of Court VI, Branch 49 of the Regional Trial Court of Cataingan, Masbate, to SHOW CAUSE within ten days from notice hereof, why he should not be disciplinary dealt with for neglect of duty for his failure to supervise the performance of duty of respondent. Let copies of this decision be immediately furnished the parties and Judge Henry B. Basilla, Branch 49 of the Regional Trial Court Cataingan, Masbate, and be attached to the respondents personal records in this Court. SO ORDERED.
