WHEREFORE , in light of the foregoing, the Court finds respondent Nelson C. Manlosa guilty of simple neglect of duty and hereby imposes upon him the penalty of suspension for one (1) month without pay. Respondent Manlosa is further sternly warned that a repetition of the same or similar acts shall be dealt with more severely. As to respondent Helen B.
