Ordering the Defendants-Intervenor to: a. vacate from the premises in question; b. remove the beauty shop thereat; c. jointly and severally, pay the Plaintiffs, a monthly rental of P1,500.00 of the premises starting from March 1987, and the amounts of P75,000.00 for moral damages, P5,000.00 for litigation expenses, and P10,000.00 for Attorneys fees; and d. to pay the costs. The injunction issued in this case is hereby made permanent. SO ORDERED.
