WHEREFORE , foregoing considered, the appealed decision and order are hereby REVERESED and SET ASIDE . A new one is rendered as follows: "1. Ordering defendants-appellees to pay plaintiff-appellant their unpaid obligation in the amount of P406,866.04 as of November 10, 1984 plus 12% interest per annum until fully paid.
WHEREFORE , foregoing considered, the appealed decision and order are hereby REVERESED and SET ASIDE . A new one is rendered as follows: "1. Ordering defendants-appellees to pay plaintiff-appellant their unpaid obligation in the amount of P406,866.04 as of November 10, 1984 plus 12% interest per annum until fully paid. "2. Ordering plaintiff-appellant to pay defendants-appellees P10,000.00 attorney's fees. "3. No pronouncement as to cost. " SO ORDERED.
