Wherefore, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff, as follows: Ordering defendants to pay the amount of P24,910.00 plus legal interest of 6% per annum from April 12, 1983 until the whole amount is fully paid; Ordering defendants to pay 20% of the amount due to plaintiff as and for attorney’s fees plus costs. SO ORDERED.
