WHEREFORE, finding no grave abuse of discretion on the part of respondent Judge in denying petitioners' respective Motions to Quash, except that with respect to Criminal Case No. 91-101884, the instant petitions are hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit. The assailed September 6, 1994 Order, in so far as it denied the Motion to Quash Criminal Case No. 91-101884 is hereby nullified and set aside, and said case is hereby dismissed.
