WHEREFORE , the petition is DENIED for failure to show that respondent Sandiganbayan committed grave abuse of discretion amounting to lack or excess of jurisdiction when it denied petitioners' Motion to Quash/Dismiss the case against them. The Sandiganbayan is hereby DIRECTED to dispose of Criminal Case No. 23662 with reasonable dispatch. Costs against petitioners.
