WHEREFORE, judgment is rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant as follows: Ordering the defendant to immediately vacate the subject premises and to return the possession thereof to the plaintiff; Ordering the defendant to pay the sum of five hundred pesos (P500.00) per month computed from plaintiff's last demand up to the time possession is returned to plaintiff; Ordering the defendant to pay the amount of three thousand pesos (P3,000.
