WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is rendered in favor of plaintiff. The defendant, including any person claiming right under him, is ordered: 1) To vacate the subject premises; 2) To pay plaintiff the sum of P10,000.00 a month starting July 17, 1999, the date of last demand until he vacates the same; 3) To pay the sum of P10,000.00 as and for attorney’s fees; and 4) Costs of suit.
