WHEREFORE, premises considered and it appearing that plaintiff hads [sic] proved its claim by preponderance of evidence, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiff and against defendant Philippine National Construction Corporation ordering the latter to pay the plaintiff: The sum of Malaysian Ringgit M $3,915,053.54 or its equivalent in [Philippine peso at the bank rate of exchange (on the date of payment) plus legal interest from the date of demand until fully paid. The sum of P300,000.
