WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiff. Defendant PCL Industries Manufacturing Corporation is hereby ordered to pay plaintiff: 1) P504,906.00 plus 20% interest per annum from April 1994 until fully paid; 2) 25% of the above amount as and for attorney's fees; and 3) cost of suit. The counterclaim of defendant is hereby dismissed for insufficiency of evidence.
