TL;DR — Ruling
Wherefore, [judgment] is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs ordering the [afore-named] defendants and all persons claiming right under them: To vacate the premises in question and restore possession thereof to the plaintiffs; To pay plaintiffs thru their attorney-in-fact, Cecilia D. Daez, the reasonable compensation for their use of the premises at the rate of P500.00 per month per unit from April 1997 until the premises is fully vacated; To reimburse to plaintiff the amount of P10,000.
