WHEREFORE, [judgment] is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiff and against defendants, their assigns, agents or persons acting on their behalf as follows: To vacate from the properties subject matter of this case. To pay monthly rentals in the sum of Php 3,000.00 computed from the filing of this case until they actually vacate from the property that they occupy. To pay attorney's fees in the sum of Php 20,000.
