WHEREFORE , we find respondent Junior Process Server Jerry V. Adolfo GUILTY of Gross Inefficiency, Habitual Absenteeism, and Failure to Serve Court Processes. We order his DISMISSAL from the service with forfeiture of all benefits and privileges, except accrued leave credits, if any, with prejudice to reemployment in any branch or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations and financial institution. This judgment is immediately executory.
