WHEREFORE, the instant petition is hereby GRANTED. The assailed orders of the RTC dated May 6, 1991, October 15, 1991 and March 4, 1992, and the January 29, 1993 Decision of public respondent CA affirming said orders, are REVERSED and SET ASIDE. Let this case be REMANDED to the court of origin for reception of evidence and further proceedings. SO ORDERED.
