Ruling

WHEREFORE, the Court rules as follows: (1) In G.R. No. 212143, the Petition for Review on Certiorari is GRANTED . The Court of Appeals' Decision dated March 27, 2014 in CA-G.R. SP No. 132655 is REVERSED and SET ASIDE . The Orders dated May 13, 2011, September 4, 2013 and November 6, 2013 of the Regional Trial Court of Makati City, Branch 59, in Civil Case No. 11-310 are DECLARED VOID AND OF NO FORCE AND EFFECT ; (2) In G.R. No. 225457, the Petition for Review on Certiorari is GRANTED . The Court of Appeals' Decision dated February 4, 2016 and Resolution dated June 27, 2016 are REVERSED and SET ASIDE . The Orders dated June 11, 2014 and August 12, 2014 of the Regional Trial Court of Makati City, Branch 133 in Civil Case No. 11-310 are DECLARED VOID AND OF NO FORCE AND EFFECT ; and (3) In G.R. No. 236888, the Petition for Certiorari is GRANTED . The Order dated January 18, 2018 of the Regional Trial Court of Makati City, Branch 66 in Civil Case No. 11-310 is ANNULLED and SET ASIDE . (4) TMA Group of Companies Pty Ltd. (now known as TMA Australia Pty Ltd.), and TMA Group Philippines, Inc., are ORDERED to RETURN the amount of PHP 707,223,555.44 representing the amount garnished under the Order dated January 18, 2018 of the Regional Trial Court of Makati City, Branch 66 in Civil Case No. 11-310. SO ORDERED.
