WHEREFORE, the assailed Decision of the Court of Appeals dated October 5, 1998 and its Resolution dated March 5, 1999 are hereby AFFIRMED. Respondent is entitled to delivery of possession of the subject property. This case is hereby REMANDED to the trial court for determination of the amount of the loan, the necessary expenses incurred by petitioner and the period within which the respondent must pay the same. SO ORDERED.
