Ruling

WHEREFORE , premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused, [XXX263553] , GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt in all five counts of incestuous rape under Art. 266-A par. 1 (a) in relation to Art. 266-B par. 1 of the Revised Penal Code as amended by Republic Act [No.] 8353. He is sentenced to suffer the penalty of RECLUSION PERPETUA for each case, without the possibility of parole. He is ordered to pay [AAA263553] the amounts of [PHP] 100,000.00 as civil indemnity, [PHP] 100,000.00 as moral damages, and [PHP] 100,000.00 as exemplary damages, for each count. An interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum shall be applied to the award of civil indemnity, moral and exemplary damages from the finality of the judgment until fully paid. SO ORDERED.
