WHEREFORE, judgment is rendered for the PLAINTIFFS. The DEFENDANTS and all other persons claiming rights under them are hereby ordered: (a) To vacate the land covered by T.C.T. No. 197603 situated in Paco, Manila; (b) To pay the amount of P1,000.00 per month as reasonable compensation for the use and enjoyment of the premises, from the filing of this complaint until possession is restored to the plaintiffs; (c) To pay the amount of P2,000.00 as attorney's fees; and costs of suit. SO ORDERED.
