WHEREFORE , we FIND respondent Edgardo S. Loria, Sheriff III of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 33, Quezon City, GUILTY of Simple Misconduct for which we SUSPEND him for six months without pay. We WARN him that if he commits another infraction in the future the penalty is dismissal. Let a copy of this decision be attached to the personnel records of Edgardo S.
