WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused ARTEMIO SORIANO guilty of the crime of rape under Art. 335, par. 3 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, in conjunction with sub-par. 4 thereto, and consequently sentencing him the penalty of DEATH by lethal injection and [to] indemnify the private complainant the sum of P100,000.
WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused ARTEMIO SORIANO guilty of the crime of rape under Art. 335, par. 3 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, in conjunction with sub-par. 4 thereto, and consequently sentencing him the penalty of DEATH by lethal injection and [to] indemnify the private complainant the sum of P100,000.00 without subsidiary imprisonment in case of insolvency. SO ORDERED.
