WHEREFORE, the decision appealed from is hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE. Complainant is declared constructively dismissed by respondents. Respondents Uniwide Sales Warehouse Club and Vivian Apduhan are jointly and severally ordered to pay complainant the following sums: Separation Pay: November 1981 –July 3, 1998 P13,000.00 x 16.

WHEREFORE, the decision appealed from is hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE. Complainant is declared constructively dismissed by respondents. Respondents Uniwide Sales Warehouse Club and Vivian Apduhan are jointly and severally ordered to pay complainant the following sums: Separation Pay: November 1981 July 3, 1998 P13,000.00 x 16.8 yrs. = P218,400.00 Backwages: July 31, 1998-up to the present Moral Damages = P100,000.00 Exemplary Damages P100,000.00 Attorneys fees computed at ten percent (10%) of the total award. SO ORDERED.
