WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing, this Court finds the preponderance of evidence in favor of the [petitioner] and hereby renders judgment as follows: The Complaint is dismissed. On the counterclaim, [respondents] are ordered, jointly and severally, to pay the [petitioner] P500,000.00 as moral damages; P100,000.00 as exemplary damages; and P50,000.
