WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiff: Ordering defendants to pay, jointly and severally, plaintiff the amount of P2,340,000.00 as actual or compensatory damages. Ordering defendants to pay, jointly and severally, plaintiff the amount of P5,000,000.00 as moral damages. Ordering defendants to pay, jointly and severally, plaintiff the amount of P1,000,000.00 as exemplary damages. Ordering defendants to pay, jointly and severally, plaintiff the amount of P1,000,000.00 as and by way of attorneys fees and P80,000.00 as litigation expenses. Costs of suit. Counterclaims are hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
