Mallari the sum of P1,200,000.00 Philippine Currency, plus interest at the rate of 6% per annum counted from the date of the filing of this case until the said amount is paid in full; 2. P50,000.00 for moral damages; 3. P25,000.00 for exemplary damages; 4. P25,000.00 for Attorney's fees; 5. The cost of the suit. SO ORDERED.
