TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused DEMETRIO HUBILLA, JR. and SALVADOR PALLE, guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of MURDER they are hereby penalized to undergo RECLUSION PERPETUA with its accessory penalties. They are likewise ordered to indemnify the heirs of the victim the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) as civil indemnity.
Accordingly, the trial court disposed as follows: WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding the accused DEMETRIO HUBILLA, JR. and SALVADOR PALLE, guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of MURDER they are hereby penalized to undergo RECLUSION PERPETUA with its accessory penalties. They are likewise ordered to indemnify the heirs of the victim the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) as civil indemnity. With cost de oficio. SO ORDERED.
