Ruling

WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered: a) Finding the accused, HERSON FLORAGUE y ESTALILLA guilty of the crime of MURDER beyond reasonable doubt and hereby sentences him to suffer the penalty of RECLUSION PERPETUA; b) Ordering HERSON FLORAGUE y ESTALILLA to indemnify the heirs of Egilberto Estalilla in the sum of P400,000.00, without subsidiary imprisonment in case of insolvency. c) Acquitting accused Christopher Florague and Leonardo Alcantara their guilt not having been proven beyond reasonable doubt. d) Ordering the release from custody [of] accused Christopher Florague and Leonardo Alcantara unless they are being held for any other lawful cause.
