WHEREFORE , judgment is hereby rendered finding respondent Deputy Sheriff Vito P. Garchitorena guilty of grave abuse of authority, oppression and conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service and sentencing him to suffer the penalty of suspension from office for SIX (6) MONTHS effective upon notice of this decision. Let copies of this decision be immediately furnished respondent and the Office of the Court Administrator, and attached to the personal record of respondent in this Court.
