SUALOG , Sheriff IV, Regional Trial Court, Branch 9, Kalibo, Aklan, is found GUILTY of grave abuse of authority (oppression) and is FINED in an amount equivalent to his six months salary, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar act in the future shall be dealt with more severely. Let a copy of this Decision be attached to the personnel record of respondent in the Office of the Administrative Services, Office of the Court Administrator.
