No. 99-5-26-SC, July 20, 1999 ] RE:  DONATION BY THE PROVINCE OF BILIRAN TO THE SUPREME COURT AS SITE FOR A HALL OF JUSTICE THEREAT R E S O L U T I O N PER CURIAM: In consideration of pure liberality, the province of Biliran donated to the Court a parcel of land located in Bgy. Calumpang, Naval, Biliran, for use as site of a Hall of Justice. The deed of donation, copy attached, was signed by Governor Danilo M. Parilla on behalf of the province of Biliran, as authorized by Resolution No. 29, Series of 1999 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Biliran, and was acknowledged on 8 April 1999 before Notary Public Clemencio Sabitsana, Jr., who entered it in his notarial register as Doc. No. 465, page No. 73, Book No. I, Series of 1999. The Court appreciates this gesture of the Province of Biliran and expresses its gratitude to it and its officials and constituents for the donation. The Court further resolves to accept the donation and authorize Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide, Jr. to sign on its behalf the deed of acceptance. Let copies of this Resolution and of the Deed of Acceptance be furnished the Province of Biliran through Honorable Governor Danilo M. Parilla and the Honorable Secretaries of the Department of Justice and of the Department of Interior and Local Government. SO ORDERED.
