WHEREFORE, premises considered, the court finds the accused Renato Tamsi GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape (2 counts) penalized under Art. 335 [7] of the Revised Penal Code as amended by R.A. 7659, Sec. 11 and hereby sentences him to death and to indemnify Remily Tamsi in the amount of P75,000.00 and P50,000.00 moral damages in each of the two (2) cases. SO ORDERED.
