WHEREFORE, the accused AMADO ISLA, JR. is hereby found guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the three (3) counts of rape charged against him in Criminal Cases Nos. 99-02526-D, 99-02527-D and 99-02528-D as defined by Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code and as amended by RA Nos. 7659 and 8353 and is hereby sentenced to suffer the mandatory penalty of death in each of the three cases.

WHEREFORE, the accused AMADO ISLA, JR. is hereby found guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the three (3) counts of rape charged against him in Criminal Cases Nos. 99-02526-D, 99-02527-D and 99-02528-D as defined by Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code and as amended by RA Nos. 7659 and 8353 and is hereby sentenced to suffer the mandatory penalty of death in each of the three cases. Further, he is ordered to indemnify the private offended party in the amount of P75,000.00 and to pay moral damages of P50,000.00, also in each of the three cases or a total amount of P375,000.00. SO ORDERED.
