WHEREFORE, the appealed Order is hereby SET ASIDE and a NEW JUDGMENT is rendered: 1. Declaring the plaintiffs-appellants as bona fide tenants of the subject landholding; 2. Ordering the MARO and other concerned DAR Officers to determine the disturbance compensation from the time of actual ejectment of herein plaintiffs-appellants until the time of actual reinstatement, after the last harvest of pineapple, to be awarded to herein plaintiffs-appellants; and 3.
