WHEREFORE , premises considered, the appealed decision is hereby SET ASIDE and a NEW JUDGMENT is the ( sic ) thus rendered as follows: 1. Ordering the respondents-appellees, and all persons acting for, and in their behalf, to immediately vacate the subject landholdings; 2. Ordering the respondents-appellees to restore the possession of the subject landholdings to the complainants-appellants; and 3.
