TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE, finding both accused EDGARDO ZABALA y BALADA and ROMEO BAUTISTA y ALBIUS guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of MURDER defined and penalized under Art. 248 of the Revised Penal Code, they are hereby sentenced to reclusion perpetua. The accused, jointly and severally, arc likewise ordered to pay the heirs of Joseph Agapay Jr. of the following: (a) civil indemnity - P 75,000.
