Case No. RTC 97-6671 is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of death and to pay the complainant moral damages in the amount of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) Pesos. The accused in Crim. Case No. RTC 97-6672 is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of death and to pay the complainant moral damages in the amount of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) Pesos. With costs de officio.
