WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing, respondent Edwin S. Ligot, SC Chief Judicial Staff Officer, MISO-SDAAD, is hereby FINED in the amount of Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00) for conduct unbecoming an employee of the Court. He is STERNLY WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar offense will be dealt with more severely.
