WHEREFORE, IN THE LIGHT OF THE FOREGOING CONSIDERATIONS, the, Court finds the accused JESSIE PANAO and EUGENIO ADRALES GUILTY of the crime of MURDER and hereby Sentences the accused to suffer the penalty of DEATH and to indemnify the heirs of the victim the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos without, however, subsidiary imprisonment in case of insolvency. "SO ORDERED.
