WHEREFORE , in light of the foregoing, the Court finds accused [YYY258694] and "[XXX258694]" GUILTY of violation of Republic Act No. 7610, Article III[,] Section 5(b) as amended. Accused [YYY258694] and "[XXX258694]" are sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua . Both accused, jointly and solidarily, are liable to pay private complainant the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.
