WHEREFORE , x x x, judgment is rendered as follows: In Criminal Case No. 18882, this court finds accused [XXX261049], GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Violation of Section 4(a) of RA [No.] 9995 x x x and hereby sentences him to suffer the penalty of four (4) years, six (6) months and one (1) day as minimum to six (6) years, ten (10) months and one (1) day as maximum and a fine of [PHP] 300,000.00.

He is hereby ordered to pay [BBB261049] the amounts of [PHP] 50,000.00 as moral damages, [PHP] 30,000.00 as exemplary damages[,] and [PHP] 50,000.00 as attorney's fees. In Criminal Case No. 18884, this Court finds accused [XXX261049], GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of Violation of Section 4(a) of RA [No.] 9995 x x x and hereby sentences him to suffer the penalty of four (4) years, six (6) months and one (1) day as minimum to six (6) years, ten (10) months and one (1) day as maximum and a fine of [PHP] 300,000.00. He is hereby ordered to pay [CCC261049] the amounts of [PHP] 50,000.00 as moral damages, [PHP] 30,000.00 as exemplary damages[,] and [PHP] 50,000.00 as attorney's fees. In Criminal Case No. 18885, for insufficiency of evidence, accused [XXX261049] is hereby ACQUITTED of the crime of Violation of Section 4(a) of RA [No.] 9995 x x x. A legal interest at the rate of six percent (6%) [per annum] shall be imposed on all the monetary awards for damages from the date of the finality of this judgment until fully paid. SO ORDERED.
