WHEREFORE, finding plaintiff's [petitioner] cause of action to be sufficiently established, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiff. The defendants and all persons claiming rights under them are hereby ordered to vacate the land in question, remove their houses therefrom[,] and restore possession thereof to the plaintiff. SO ORDERED.
