WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiff and against the defendant: Declaring the plaintiff as the absolute and rightful owner of the parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Nos. PT-111136 and PT-111137; Ordering the defendant to: a. execute a Deed of Reconveyance over the subject properties in favor of the plaintiff; b. furnish the plaintiff with the original and duplicate copies as well as the owner's duplicate of the above-mentioned titles; and (sic) c.
