Ruling

ACCORDINGLY, judgment is hereby rendered declaring plaintiff Melencio Yu, Filipino, of legal age, married to Talinanap Matualaga (Mora) and residing in Dadiangas, Buayan, Cotabato, now General Santos City, as the registered and absolute owner of the land in question, entitled to its possession; ordering the defendants to deliver to him the property in question, including the Owners Copy of Original Certificate of Title No. (V-14496) (P-2331) P-523, and to pay to the plaintiffs the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred (P1,500.00) Pesos as attorneys fees. With costs against the defendants. SO ORDERED.
