WHEREFORE , the petition is DENIED for utter lack of merit. The Decision of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CEB-SP No. 02281 is AFFIRMED with MODIFICATION , by ordering petitioner to PAY INTEREST of six percent (6%) per annum from finality of this Decision until its full satisfaction. The Labor Arbiter is hereby ORDERED to make another recomputation of the total monetary benefits awarded and due to respondents in accordance with this Decision. SO ORDERED.
