Ruling

ACCORDINGLY, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the [petitioners] and against the [respondents] as follows: Ordering [respondents] to vacate the premises of subject land and all persons claiming rights under them and surrender possession and as well as the effective use of the land they are occupying to the [petitioners]; Ordering [respondents] to demolish all improvements and structures constructed therein at their own expenses; Ordering [respondents] to pay the [petitioners] the amount of Ten Thousand (P10,000.00) Pesos a month as reasonable rental for the use and occupation of the premises in question; and Ordering [respondents] to pay [petitioners] the amount of Thirty Thousand (P30,000.00) Pesos as attorney'[s] fee; and cost of suit. SO ORDERED.
