WHEREFORE, for lack of cause of action, Judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the [respondents] and against the [petitioner], as follows: Dismissing the Complaint; Declaring the [respondents] to be the lawful owners and possessors of the subject land; [and] Ordering the [petitioner] to pay to the [respondents], the following sums: a.Php 10,000.00 as and for attorney's fees; and Php 10,000.00 as and for litigation costs.
