WHEREFORE, accused BEN FRANCISCO Y ARABIANA is hereby found GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code and hereby sentences him to suffer imprisonment of Reclusion Perpetua and to pay the private complainants the following amounts: 1) P50,000.00 - as indemnity for the death of the victim; 2) P50,000.00 - as moral damages; 3) P35,000.00 - as actual damages.

Let an Alias Warrant of Arrest be issued for accused Juan Francisco y Arabiana. Pending the arrest of the said accused, this case is ordered ARCHIVED insofar as said accused is concerned. SO ORDERED.
